High precision sensor module with an integrated 24 bit ΣΔ- A/D-converter for pressure and temperature measuring in the range from 0 to 6, 14 or 30bar absolute and -40 bis 85°C. High resolution pressure: 0.036mbar (6bar), 0.2mbar (14bar) or 0.5mbar (30bar), resolution temperature: <0.01C, dimension: 6.4x6.2 mm², output SPI- and I²C-Interface.

Piezoceramic sensors with analog output:

The pressure sensor for absolute, relative and sealed gage pressure measurement consists of the ceramic pressure transducer ME505 and of a small PCB board with the complete signal conditioning electronic. The sensor is trimmed by Laser in span and offset. The signal output will be 0.5 to 4.4 Volt ratiometrical. Keramische Drucksensoren, die aus einer monolithischen Messzelle vom Typ ME505 und einer Zusatzplatine mit kompletter Auswerteelektronik bestehen. Druckmesszelle und Elektronik sind abgeglichen und einsatzbereit.
