Pressure Sensors for pneumatic systems

AMSYS offers for the measurement of pneumatic systems different modules with digital output. The sensor modules allow the control and regulation of i.e. the following devices:

Proportional valve
Pumps and compressors
Brake cylinder
Vacuum lifting pad

Sensor modules* with 16 bit resolution for pressure and temperature measurement:

MS5535
Sensor module with integrated A/D converter as SMD component for 14bar or 30bar absolute pressure, digital output signal, resolution 1.2mbar, dimension 9x9 mm².

MS5541
Sensor module with integrated A/D converter as SMD component for 14bar or 30bar absolute pressure, digital output signal, resolution 1.2mbar, dimension 6.4x6.2 mm².

Pressure sensor modules* with 24 bit resolution and I²C- and SPI-interface:

MS5803-XX
High precision sensor module with integrated 24 bit ΣΔ- A/D-converter for pressure and temperature measuring in the range from 0 to 6.14 or 30bar absolute and -40 to 85°C. High resolution pressure: 0.036mbar (6bar), 0.2mbar (14bar) or 0.5mbar (30bar), resolution temperature: <0.01°C, dimension 6.4x6.2 mm², output SPI- and I²C-Interface.

*Modules are pressure sensors, whose output signals have to be calculated by an external microprocessor.
