Pressure Sensors for Level Indicators
|
|
For
the level measurement silicium pressure sensors which can measure in
the pressure range starting at 5mbar (≈ 5cm hydrostatic head)
are recommended. The sensors are used both for volume controlling and
inflow/outflow measurement. AMSYS offers several series with different
performance.
Possible applications can be found in:
- Water tanks
- Wells
- Silos and drums
- Fuel oil tanks

Calibrated pressure sensor without amplification:
SM565X
Series of OEM pressure transducers, fully calibrated and temperature
compensated in a Dual-In-Line package. These transducers offer improved
performance as well as constant current or constant voltage excitation.
Pressure ranges are available from 0-0.15 PSI to 0-100 PSI.
Sensor module* with 16 bit resolution for
measuring pressure and temperature:
MS5536-60
High resolution factory calibrated pressure module. The module includes
a piezoresistive pressure measurement cell and an amplifier - A/D
interface-IC. The pressure range is 60mbar, relative.
Suitable for bidirectional differential pressure:
AMS 5812
Series of OEM pressure transducers are fully calibrated; temperature
compensated and amplified devices in Dual-In-Line package. Pressure
range from 0.075 PSI up to 100 PSI respective ±0.075 to
±15PSI, for differential, bidirectional differential or
relative pressure.
AMS 5915
Series of OEM pressure transducers are fully calibrated; temperature
compensated and amplified devices in Dual-In-Line package. Pressure
range from 5mbar up to 2000mbar respective ±5 to
±1000mbar, for differential, bidirectional differential or
relative pressure.
AMS 4711
Ready-to-use pressure transmitters for internal and external
installation with calibration, temperature compensation and a
0…5 Volt output signal in the pressure range from 0-5mbar to
0-1000mbar respective ±5mbar ±200mbar, for
differential, bidirectional differential or relative pressure.
AMS 4712
Ready-to-use pressure transmitters for internal and external
installation with calibration, temperature compensation and a 2-wires
current loop output (4…20mA) in the pressure range from
0-5mbar
to 0-1000mbar respective ±5mbar ±200mbar, for
differential, bidirectional differential or relative pressure.
*Modules are pressure sensors, whose output
signals have to be calculated by an external microprocessor.
