Ceramic Pressure Transducer ME501/505
The different types of the ME501/505
resistant ceramic pressure measurement cells produced in thick film
technology. The measurement cell consists of a structured ceramic disc
with a circular well which is sealed by a thin ceramic diaphragm. This
thin diaphragm forms the pressure sensitive membrane on which the
measuring bridges are printed. The measuring bridges are connected to
the connection contacts on the diaphragm. Several connection
configurations are offered. The transducers are designed in a way that
the pressure sensitive part is exposed directly to the chemical media
to be measured. Due to the very good chemical resistance, the
transducers can be used in a wide variety of applications, including
humidity, moisture and condensation effects. Different connector
