Because of their low charging rate for battery bound pressure detection the following high precision and ultra-miniaturized measuring modules are qualified for the assembly in mobile devices. High precision sensor module with an integrated 24 bit ΣΔ- A/D-converter for pressure and temperature measuring in the range from 10 to 1300, 300-2000mbar, 0 to 6, 14 or 30bar absolute and -40 to 85°C. High resolution pressure: 0.024 mbar (1bar), 0.036mbar (6bar), 0.2mbar (14bar) or 0.5mbar (30bar), resolution temperature: <0.01°C, dimension: 6.4x6.2 mm²; output SPI- and I²C-Interface.

*Modules are pressure sensors, whose output signals have to be calculated by an external microprocessor.
