Pressure sensor module* with 16 bit resolution and SPI interface:MS5534Sensor module with integrated A/D converter as SMD component for barometric application in the range of 10 to 1100mbar absolute, digital output signal, resolution 0.1mbar, dimension: 9x9 mm². *Modules are pressure sensors, whose output signals have to be calculated by an external microprocessor. Pre finished sensors, ready for installation in a sensor package:ME705The pressure sensor for relative pressure measurement consists of the ceramic pressure cell ME651 and of a small PCB board with the complete signal conditioning electronic. The sensor is trimmed by Laser in span and offset. The signal output will be 0.5 to 4.5 Volt ratiometrical. ME707 The pressure sensor for absolute, relative and sealed gage pressure measurement consists of the ceramic pressure transducer ME501/505 and of a small PCB board with the complete signal conditioning electronic. The sensor is trimmed by Laser in span and offset. The signal output will be 0.5 to 4.5 Volt ratiometrical. ME750 Ceramic pressure sensors (relative) with 0.5 to 4.5V (ratiometrical) output for pressure ranges from 0-0.5 to 0-400bar. ME770 Ceramic pressure sensors (absolute, relative and sealed gage) with 0.5 to 4.5V (ratiometrical) output for pressure ranges from 0-0.5 to 0-600bar. |
