DESCRIPTION The ME509 is a resistant ceramic pressure transducer produced in thick film technology. The measurement cell consists of a structured ceramic disc with a circular well which is sealed by a thin ceramic diaphragm. This thin diaphragm forms the pressure sensitive membrane on which the measuring bridges are printed. The measuring bridges are connected to the connection contacts on the diaphragm. Several connection configurations are offered. The transducer is designed so that the pressure sensitive part can be exposed directly to the chemical media to be measured. Due to the very good chemical resistance, the transducer can be used in a wide variety of applications, including humidity, moisture and condensation effects. Pressure ranges 0..200mbar and 0…500mbar
